I made this myself with Photoshop's 'Ocean Ripple' filter. It's not the best, but it's decent-looking. I hope to do better in the future to do justice to such a good season. The GIF creator itself is called GIF Construction Set Professional from Alchemy Mindworks. A trial version is available at their site. |
