Genvid
This is the best place to go for Pretty Guardian Sailormoon coverage, including synopses, video, and pictures (usually with some off-the-wall caption). Currently, Operation Replay is still going on (that's where you view each Sailormoon anime episode one by one, write a review, and reminisce a little). Check their archives out! They also have comics, like one based off of Sailor Moon: Another Story.
The Sailor Senshi Page
The Sailor Senshi Page is a very detailed, well laid-out site with continuing coverage of PGSM as well as anime and manga information, images, etc. It's dedicated to all of Sailormoon's incarnations. The first page also has lots of SM-related news. Check it out!
Celexa's Sailor Cosmos Shrine
